These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Block Kingdom! mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law;
• modify, cheat, or interfere with the normal operation of the App;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

3. Advertisements

The App is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. By using the App you acknowledge that ads may be displayed during use.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, and content, is owned by the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

7. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
